WHAT OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS
The VELNOX Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product, for products purchased directly from VELNOX or through an authorized VELNOX retailer.

If your VELNOX has a genuine manufacturing or workmanship defect, we’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

WHAT ISN’T COVERED?
Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing and workmanship issues — not the normal adventures your wallet experiences over time.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Products that were not manufactured by VELNOX
Complimentary or promotional products, unless otherwise stated
Products with removed, altered, or defaced identifying information
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs
Loss, theft, or products that have been discarded
Damage caused by accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper use
Damage caused by improper storage or failure to follow care instructions
Damage caused by fire, flood, vandalism, or other external events
Normal wear and tear from everyday use
Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality, including scratches, dents, scuffs, or discoloration
Damage resulting from use beyond the reasonable lifespan of the product
A NOTE ABOUT AUTHENTICITY

We want to make sure every VELNOX customer gets the quality and support they deserve.

For that reason, warranty coverage applies to products purchased directly from VELNOX or from an authorized VELNOX retailer. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or marketplaces may not be eligible for warranty service.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We believe a warranty should feel like a promise, not a pile of fine print.
If your VELNOX has a legitimate issue covered by this warranty, we’ll do our best to make things right. In some cases, that may mean replacing the product with the same or a comparable VELNOX product.
Warranty remedies are subject to product availability and our review of the claim.

A FEW LEGAL DETAILS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies available under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the covered VELNOX product, at VELNOX’s discretion.
VELNOX is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, failure to follow care instructions, loss, or theft.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELNOX’s liability for a covered product will not exceed the original purchase price of that product.
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

YOUR RIGHTS
This Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on where you live.
Because consumer protection laws vary by jurisdiction, some of the limitations in this warranty may not apply to you.
