We offer free worldwide shipping on most orders over $35.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Your order may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages. If that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Our shipping operations pause on select holidays. Orders placed around these dates may require an additional 1–3 business days for processing.

We offer free international shipping from the United States on orders over $35 to select countries, including:
Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Iceland, Monaco, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Paid express shipping is available to select destinations where carrier services permit it.
Available destinations include:

DELIVERY TIMELINES
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
Please keep in mind that international delivery times can vary.

MILITARY ADDRESSES
We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
These orders are processed as domestic shipments, although they may be subject to different policies for returns or international handling, Express shipping is not available for military addresses.

SHIPPING ISSUES-REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused or rejected upon delivery, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

RETURNED TO SENDER
If your tracking information shows “Return to Sender,” please contact our Customer Support Team so we can help determine the next steps.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, transit is managed by the shipping provider. Please use your tracking information to monitor your package and contact us if you encounter a delivery issue.
